Travel should be open to everyone. We design and build Urufly so that people who use assistive technologies, navigate by keyboard, rely on captions, or need adjustable text can plan and book trips independently.
Urufly aims to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA across the website and mobile apps. We test with screen readers (NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack) and against keyboard-only navigation.
Resizable text, sufficient colour contrast, descriptive alt text on imagery, captions on product video, focus indicators on every interactive element, and ARIA landmarks on every page.
NVDA + Firefox, JAWS + Chrome, VoiceOver + Safari, TalkBack + Chrome on Android. We also validate at 200% zoom and in reduced-motion mode.
Some third-party booking widgets (supplier-rendered seat maps, certain payment iframes) are outside our direct control. We are working with partners to bring these to AA. If you encounter a barrier, please let us know.
If you can't complete a booking due to an accessibility barrier, contact our team and we will book on your behalf at no extra cost.
