These Terms of Use govern your access to Urufly. By creating an account, searching, or booking, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract in your country of residence to book on Urufly.
3. Urufly's role
Urufly is a travel marketplace. Flights, hotels, cars, and activities are sold by third-party suppliers under their own terms. Urufly is not the supplier and is not party to the contract between you and the supplier, except where expressly stated.
4. Bookings, prices, and payment
Prices shown include applicable taxes unless noted. Currency conversion is indicative — your bank may apply different rates. Payment is taken at booking unless the supplier offers pay-on-arrival.
5. Cancellations and changes
Refund and change rules are set by the supplier and shown before checkout. Urufly may charge a service fee on refunds where stated.
6. Acceptable use
Don't scrape, resell access, abuse other users, post unlawful content, or attempt to interfere with our systems. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.
7. Intellectual property
Urufly's brand, content, and software are protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use Urufly for personal, non-commercial travel planning.
8. Disclaimers and liability
Urufly is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for marketplace bookings is limited to the service fees you paid us. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or anything that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes are resolved in the courts of London, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to sue locally.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 30 days before taking effect.
