How disputes work

Tell us what went wrong and upload any evidence (receipts, screenshots, supplier emails).

We review
A specialist reads the file within 2 business days and contacts the supplier on your behalf.

Resolution
Most cases close in 7–14 days. Card chargebacks may take longer; we keep you posted by email.

Time limits
File within 60 days of the booking issue to keep card chargeback rights. After that, we can still mediate with the supplier but card networks may decline reversal.
Escalation
Not happy with the outcome? Reply to your case email with “Escalate”. A senior reviewer takes a fresh look within 3 business days.
