How do I change or cancel a booking?
Go to My Trips, open the booking, and use Change or Cancel. Each supplier sets its own rules — these are shown before you confirm.
When will my refund arrive?
Refunds typically reach your card within 5–10 business days once the supplier authorises them. Track status under My Trips › Refunds.
I didn't get my confirmation email.
Check spam first, then re-send from My Trips › Email confirmation. If still missing, contact us with your booking reference.
What if I miss my flight?
Call the airline directly for re-booking — they own the seat. Then contact our 24/7 line if you need help arranging a new itinerary.
