We believe travel should feel like the most generous version of capitalism: a fair exchange, clearly explained, between you and the people whose work makes your trip possible.

That sounds idealistic. It also drives every product call we make — what to ship, what to refuse to ship, who to partner with, and which "growth opportunities" we walk away from. Below is the working version of those commitments.

We hire from the regions we serve and partner with licensed local operators wherever possible. Your booking dollars should circulate where you're visiting — not just feed a global aggregator.

Real 24/7 support in your language. A crisis hotline that's actually answered. Tools that work offline once your trip is loaded. Travel goes wrong sometimes; the fallback should be obvious.

How to hold us to it
